Suddenly I've completed W7 with just a few runs to complete C25K. I find that my strength is slowly increasing and I have less muscle ache in the intervening days. Using MapMyWalk my fastest split is just over 7min/Km. Getting it down to 6min/Km to complete 5Km in 30mins seems a significant task at this stage.

You are doing great with good times. Nowhere does it say you have to complete 5k in 30mins so relax. Only 10% achieve this by graduation although most do get to 5k at some time. You will however see improvement over next 2 weeks of no walks. Happy running

Really well done. On the homeward straight now!

Like you, I dont think I'll be doing 5k in 30 minutes by the end, but that just gives me my first post graduation target!

Happy running
