So it’s all running from here on in.
These last 2 runs were a little difficult mentally so looking forward to just trying to get through the longer runs now.
Think I’m gonna change from listening to music and maybe download a podcast to distract the mind a bit.
I know speed doesn’t matter but the last 2 runs have seen me knock nearly 2 minutes off my 5k route.
Hopefully won’t be to far off the 30 minutes when week 9 arrives.

Well done. Wow, wonderful pace. Enjoy your running. Speed does matter in a way, doesn't it? You will be doing great!

this. I am so pleased to see that the idea of running 2 times 10 mn isn't at all daunting 🙂 so so...
2 longer runs instead of 3 shorter ones, well that was a bit easier. I never thought I'd hear...
However, I didn't stop and finished my two ten minute runs.
W6R3 will definitely be done pre 8am...
