It was a lovely day today however I felt a bit flat so maybe that’s why I slowed down even further. Thumbs up from a couple of runners so must be going in the right direction!

I took Karl's advice and bought compression stockings from Boots however I thought I'd need them in the really cold weather so I haven't used them yet! Just trundling along!

What lovely scenery, that must encourage you to get out and do it too. Well done though, you seem to be flying through this. So today didn't seem such a good run, so what? I didn't run today, but generally today wasn't a good one at work, it happens, life is full of ups & downs, even in C25K. I'm just planning on channelling my frustration of today into beasting W4R1 tomorrow morning and hope that it works for me. You're certainly on the home straight, so once more, well done you!
