Wondering what on earth is wrong with me! Feeling proud!

Well, here I am, just back from week 6 run 2 and I am actually LOOKING FORWARD to Thursday and being able to do without the break in the middle. This from a 54 year old woman who last ran a mile under duress (and never any further!) at school. I have tended to view runners as a bit of a bonkers bunch over the years, and now I am rapidly becoming one of them! I have, though, walked a decent distance quite a lot over the years, so maybe that helps. All the same, I did feel like I would die at the end of week one run one! But now I feel SO energised and my mood, energy level and general world outlook is SO improved! I still look rather like a beetroot when I finish running, but hey; a small (and amusing!) price to pay!

And I love Jo Whiley's voice, even though that might sound weird!

Lots of us began as older peeps but C25k is just ace in the way it’s structured so we can tackle it gradually

Jo often gives her C25kers a shout out on her programme 🙂

Week 6 is the toughest - I thought - and once that’s over then I think it’s fair to say you’re batting downhill to the finish Important to stress though that you should continue to take things slow. Slow is the way to crack this thing 💪🙂👍🏃‍♀️
