It was -10 at 8 o'clock this morning . Now I've ran in -4 and managed ok but that lower temperature is a whole new level. So I've just bought a running body warmer and gloves . 😊

I have those! They are great! I am a size 8 in normal clothes and bought XS... They fit perfect, but I do have to wriggle into the waist as I pull them up passed my hips (which are not wide 😉) Rest assured, they will not fall down! 🤣 xxx

Hi Smelliepoo, there was one of those 5K Santa Dash runs near to where I live, Buddy34 lives about 7 miles away, by the time the Santa Dash began, it got a bit warmer at - 5C, I was a spectator, was speaking to one of the runners after the run and guess what, she was a marshal volunteer at the parkrun I was at yesterday, she saw me running, congratulated me on my time and hoped to see me again soon, as they say,"it's a small world" of all the 400 runners who took part in that run today I spoke to one who saw me at parkrun yesterday 😊🏃🏾
