I’m challenging myself to make sure I do 10,000 steps a day in December. You might be thinking this is easy-but yesterday I did 216 😂 (I use my phone to keep track so it could be more than that-didn’t leave the house, watched ‘The book of Eli’, ate chocolate, deleted over 1000 emails, that kind of fantastic day).

I already do something like this. There are x amount of steps to reach per day in my garmin watch. The days that I run it is easy to reach the steps then on rest days I've got to put the extra effort in.
Good to have a day off though like you say read a book or catch up with tv or films you like. I did it last night , catching up with watching the American drama ,' The Good Doctor.
