Feel like I’m crawling through this programme, as the recent cold & wet weather has put me off, but can now say that I ran outdoors for 25mins without stopping! (I did attempt this run 5 days ago but my 11 year old son kept wanting to walk (as he hasn’t done the programme lol!) and we were pushed for time so decided to try again today.

I think the last time I ran for this duration was about 20 years ago!

Thanks for all the info and motivational postings - really helpful.

Onwards to W7R1 on Sunday perhaps? Happy Friday everyone!

Great you've now completed wk6. Don't let the weather put you off , once you're out and running you warm up really quickly. Well done you 🤗🤗

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, many people say that they have not ran for that long since they were at school, in fact the 20 minutes run of week 5 was the longest run that I ran EVER when I ran it last year.

Onwards and upwards to week 7. 😊 🏃🏾
