Quelle surprise...same as I was in week 4!
131.2kg!
I've only tinkered with my diet so far so that looks like something I'll have to address properly asap.
Walking around today, my knee feels OK, so all systems are go for run 8.2 tomorrow!

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 8, so glad to know that your knee feels OK.
Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 8. 🏃🏾

Well done on your run
I’ve lost 1.8 kg in 4 weeks, none of that in the last week. I’m eating better and using Myfitnesspal to record my intake. I did measure everything at the beginning though and will get measured again this weekend. Anyway I feel better, I sleep better my outlook has changed and I have more energy. The weight has to shift eventually it’s the laws of physics 👍
I do feel better about myself and I'm close to achieving my first goal so ...
