Hi all , amazed at the progress I made weeks 1-5/6 ... then once doing the longer runs have started with v painful knees and can hardly walk let alone run ., am going to wait a week minimum before starting again to hopefully allow healing .
I’ve tried supports too .. any other runners can suggest how to tackle getting the next two weeks done ? Was so exhilarated then thwarted by this issue . I’ve read it’s not uncommon and tried slower pace etc .

😩Feel for you getting an injury at this point. Don’t mess with knee pain. See a GP or sports physio & get good advice. The runs will wait!! Rest ice & elevation while you wait for appointment.
