Agh. Just getting over a horrible tummy bug but I still don't feel good. Very tired and queasy so no desire to run yet. I will walk the dog just to get some fresh air. It's going to be hard to get my mojo back.

You poor thing, don't blame you for not wanting to run yet. Hopefully after a good rest you'll be desperate to actually get out there again. I've been unable to run for a while but I'm now wanting to get out there again. Hope the mojo comes back soon 😊

You take care, running can wait till you're 100%. Dont set yourself up for something you're not ready for.
