Bloated tummy

Is it just me or do others get a bloated tummy after jogging ?

Ahh brilliant. Yeah me too. I think I just gulp air when I’m first huffing and puffing in Toxic 10. I often have to check if there’s anyone around and burp now and then after a few ks 😔🙄🤫.

Mmm it seems it is to do with gulping air and or eating too close to exercising.
