I can just about carry a water bottle 🙈 I'm not that talented! No idea where to go next so for now I'm just gonna carry on focusing on a 30 min run and enjoy it!

Whatever you do, enjoying it is the most important. Carrying on with 30min runs, 2-3 times a week is awesome. 👍
