After loving my first park run last week and looking forward to the next one all week, instead I’m in bed with a chest infection. Gutted is an understatement! Never thought I’d be sad about getting extra time in bed on a Saturday!

You need to look after yourself and get better first, you can go to Parkrun any saturday ! I joined 5 years ago after doing my first couch to 5k and I do my local parkrun when I feel like it. Have done 12 so far but planning to do many more in the future. Take care and get better soon.
