I just did the second week 9 run to 5Km under 30 minutes for the second time.
I thought the goal is to improve my 5Km time (now 26:50 yay!) or should I be slowing down to run to 30 minutes? 🤔

The week 9 runs are 30 minutes so yes you should be running for that. It is great that you are managing 5k already just be careful as running slow you are less lightly to injure yourself.
That's a fast 5k .Well done you 😊
The goal is simply to run 30 mins, 3 times in 1 week.
If that's more than 5k, then no problem. There's no law, no sanction - we all run at different speeds.
Only around 10% of people who graduate actually hit 5k in week 9, a constant 10kph/6mph is hard to do for most people, myself included.
The name of the program should actually be Couch to 30 minutes but it's not as catchy as Couch to 5k
Wow! I completed C25K some time ago, but still can't get to 5K in 45 minutes. BUT then, l don't want to!
I am likely a lot older, heavier and more unfit than you. We all start from our own personal place and improve as much as we can, or perhaps need to.
You are very, very lucky to be able to run that fast.
You can now decide whether to concentrate on faster, or further, or both. Good luck to you on your journey.
I am not envious, just very impressed. You are an exceptional person.
I have my routine of running three times a week and covering just over 3K.
Like you my muscles are tighter, my breathing is easier, I sleep a lot better and my red face goes back to normal quicker than it used to.
Enjoy your runs, fellow runner!
