So excited about making it to week 9! Can't quite believe how much better I feel when I run and generally in all areas of my life. I have so much more energy, sleep better and feel much more upbeat.
Loved today's run (W9R1) and am looking forward to graduating in 2 runs' time. Trying to decide what I want to do then - get faster or run further...?
Thanks to everyone involved in this programme - it's so well worked out and supported.

Wow well done you are so nearly there i will watch out for your next 2 posts, running further eventually helps you run faster although i’m not sure why, we can now speed up a bit and keep it up for longer so enjoy whatever you do
