I was meant to do this run 2 days ago but accidentally over did it for leg day at the gym a couple of days before that so held off running until my legs felt like they could handle a run.
However delaying starting week 4 was a bit daunting because I had more time to think about the increase in time.
I'm usually a late evening runner but was up at 4.30am to get this one out the way. As per usual with the increase I didn't really have anything to worry about and it was absolutely fine. I did feel slightly sick afterwards but I put it down to not having any food in the morning.
Really enjoyed it and hope the rest of the week is the same.
