Just take all the runs slowly, drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated, keep rigidly to the program and never run on consecutive days, good luck, you will enjoy C25K and congratulations for starting it and welcome to the forum.

5K at the end of nine weeks or running consecutively for 30 minutes.... that is where this amazing plan will get you:)

Welcome to running! Start slowly. And just when you think you are running as slow as you can, run even slower. It's about getting your body used to the posture, rhythm and motion of running. Build endurance and the rest will come later.

Warning: you'll become addicted in no time.

Welcome to the gang.

Simple advice (which I struggled with), take it slow. And if you find it tough, go slower.

Welcome

Don't get stressed. The programme is 9 weeks, but be prepared to take as long as you need. You can't fail at running.

Good luck
