Hi folks Good to have your feedback yesterday and it motivated me to go out at 7.10 on this stunningly beautiful morning. Two and a half times round my park and my 25 min W7R2 run was up. Didn't keep clock watching, which was better. Found by 12.5 mins my legs strangely felt wonderfully light! Amazing feeling, as I've never even walked the dog before c25k! ( This is not to say it didn't also at times feel gruelling!) Then on to an hour of yoga then home to do Monday chores. Seem to have so much extra energy! Wishing now I'd not given up on all things sporty by the age of 10! Irritated by about 7 cars round the park this morning all idling their engines in the cold. Fumes were sickening. Just 7 runs to go till Graduation! I think it will be tough but I'll try my best. if I'm enjoying c25k then absolutely everyone can do this, believe me! So pleased I came across it.

Isn't it funny how something as tiring as running can give you so much energy?
