Ta kindly, Tuesday Shub as out at silly hour on Monday! How’s it going for you?

Just scoffing my breakfast, about to gear up for W2R3. I was supposed to do it last night but my exercise partner got stuck in a traffic jam so she rescheduled.

Enjoy 😊 How ya finding week 2? I start next week

in reply to GTTOBS

It's not been as bad I thought it would be. Although the running has increased by 50%, the intervals go down from 8 to 6 which makes it seem a bit easier than week 1 actually! :D

You can definitely do this. Looks like you’ve got a lovely area to run in too. You’ve already done the hardest step which is getting the motivation to begin 😊

Yeah the emotional buzz of running is the best thing. I used to hear people talk about it but never understood it until now
