Just started Week 8 and, like everyone says, can’t believe I have actually got here. Feel very proud. One book I would like to recommend if you have mental health issues especially anxiety is Jog On by Bella Mackie. It really helped me when I first started and now she has just published the Jog On Journal which is also brilliant as it discusses mental health and running and also has bits for you to fill in too. I’ve just finished it and it really helped me this morning on my run. Happy running everyone! 🌝🌞
