Just completed w2 R3. Story so far... Calf and quad muscles were really sore after w1 R1, probably down to going too fast. Next couple of runs at slow pace and really pleased that I got no sore muscles, also helped that I stretched out after the runs. Started to get sore knee after 3rd run which has made me take at least 3 days between runs and run slow - vslow pace which is no bad thing. Did think after first run that I'd change the commentary on the app because I didn't want to get annoyed at Jo Whiley, happy to report I now enjoy having her along for the journey.

Congrats on finishing W2, I’m just about to start it. I’ve noticed very minor knee pain then I actually start to run so I’ll be paying very close attention to it.
