I’m repeating wk1 this week as I didn’t feel ready to move to wk2. I should have ran yesterday but the weather was so bad all day that I didn’t make it out. I did 2 very wet and windy dog walks instead. I’m planning to run before work today and then again on Sunday. As I’m very new to this I really don’t have all the clothes, so what do I wear for running on cold and/or wet days?

Not sure about the rain as I just get wet. But i bought these they are kind of cosy on the inside 😊
Hi, when it’s wet I use a light weight running jacket, and cold a base layer, gloves I don’t add to many clothes as you don’t want to over heat while running! Just grab some secondhand stuff from eBay or marketplace

As suggested layers.... and we love our Buffs! Keep it slow and steady and just try to relax... there is no rush

I’m fairly new to this too. I wear old gym leggings or trousers, a long sleeved base layer, a short sleeved t shirt, and a light weight hoody. Plus a peaked hat which stops rain getting in your eyes, and fingerless gloves if it’s really cold. If it’s light to medium rain I just get wet and shower when I get back (after stretching in some dry clothes). I did buy a waterproof jacket but only wear if rain is heavy, as they make you sweat. Decathlon have stuff at reasonable prices, or I would just improvise until you decide you want to invest. Thin layers are the main thing 👍😁
