So a week tmrw since my last run and ready to start wk7. My shin is still so painful even to walk. Very disappointed I can’t carry on. Or do I just try to run with it hurting?

If you're still in pain after a week of no running you'd be better seeing your doctor. Definitely don't run through it. Good luck and keep us posted 😊😊

Listen to Buddy34 aches can be worked through and stretched out, rest pain and get it seen to otherwise you risk further injury and longer time in recovery. I know its annoying but best option.

Feel for you! Perhaps best to stick to swimming for a few weeks?

No, do not push through pain. See your GP or a physio if you can get in to one faster.
Keep doing stretches in the meantime but don't do your next run until you know what's happening with your shins 🤞🏻
It’s so frustrating being on the injury couch, but it’s best to rest and take care of yourself in the long run!
