Well I've only gone n ran for 20 whole minutes !! Can't believe it ! Not saying it was easy but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. First 5 mins were prob hardest cause 20 mins seemed so far away but the 10 mins to 15 mins flew past and I felt comfortable ....as my usual the last minute was hard , think I feel like that's it finally over so I'll stop but nope I plotted on until Laura said that's it .....feeling so chuffed now 😊😊😊

Sometimes thinking about your next run is going to be hard then you go out and do it, it's not so bad. You should be so pleased. Well done you 😊😊

Wonderful. It's the BEST run of the program. Thinking about what Buddy34 has said, watch out for the converse - W6 sounds deceptively easy because it's back to intervals, so don't let it catch you out. It will be fine, but you should still expect to have to work for it. Graduation is getting closer and closer πŸ‘πŸ™‚

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊

Ahh well done 😊🀩 it’s the best feeling ever once the app ( mines Sarah) says slow to brisk walk it makes you feel like you’re really a runner now πŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
