Well I've only gone n ran for 20 whole minutes !! Can't believe it ! Not saying it was easy but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. First 5 mins were prob hardest cause 20 mins seemed so far away but the 10 mins to 15 mins flew past and I felt comfortable ....as my usual the last minute was hard , think I feel like that's it finally over so I'll stop but nope I plotted on until Laura said that's it .....feeling so chuffed now πππ
Wk5r3 ..... why was I so worried bout this ?? - Couch to 5K

Brilliant. Well done x
Hurray! You did it! Well done ππΌ
Sometimes thinking about your next run is going to be hard then you go out and do it, it's not so bad. You should be so pleased. Well done you ππ
Wonderful. It's the BEST run of the program. Thinking about what Buddy34 has said, watch out for the converse - W6 sounds deceptively easy because it's back to intervals, so don't let it catch you out. It will be fine, but you should still expect to have to work for it. Graduation is getting closer and closer ππ
Great stuff, well done! π
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
I know exactly what you mean about the run...I felt the same way. Great feeling after though!
Ahh well done ππ€© itβs the best feeling ever once the app ( mines Sarah) says slow to brisk walk it makes you feel like youβre really a runner now ππββοΈπββοΈ
well done, for me this was a landmark run where I stayed top believe I could do this. Be careful of the next run it is nor add easy as it looks.
Yay π, well done!
Thanks folks, this forum is so good for helping keep the motivation going, I probably wouldn't have got this far without it, roll on wk6 on Thursday ππ
