Yesterday morning was lovely and sunny so I went for an early run. My phone is dying so I braved no music or Strava and had a fab run. It felt quite liberating, not worrying about headphones falling out of my ears or how far I was going. I even enjoyed it at the time instead of afterwards.
Then a friend texted me asking if I was running at Rugby training (our sons do Rugby, not us, lol). I know she hasn't run for a while, so I agreed and we had a 25 minute trot around the streets of North London.
Actually feel OK today. And it was nice to run with someone for a change.
Hope everyone is having a good day today. And stay safe if running in the dark!

Well done bananahead , sound like you had a couple of perfect runs there...and one of them naked too!! I just can't seem to concentrate when I go without music as my breathing sounds 10 times louder so kudos to you!
