Yay! It really doesn’t matter how long it takes, well done for completing it. Onwards and upwards to W5 👍😁

Lovely photo, and well done you. 🎉😄 I remember thinking “Maybe I really can do this” at the end of Week 4. 👏🏼

Thanks! 3x5 should be ok and even 8 mins, but It’s the 20minute run that concerns me now...

My advice would be, Don’t agonise in advance. As long as your walking intervals are brisk, they help prepare you for running too. So it’s still just half an hour of mixed, brisk activity - just differently distributed. Walk fast and run slow and you’ll be ready for it. 👍😊

Great idea!

Every run prepares you for the next so no point worrying a few runs ahead, you'll have spent loads more time pounding the streets before you reach them happy running

Wow Enxo , that's a very dramatic sky you've captured there?!! I absolutely LOVE the sky!! Well done on completing week 4 and it does not matter how long it takes..yes, the programme is 9 weeks but that doesn't mean it has to take that time...you just take your time...look out week 5!!

Well done Enxo, you're starting to fly through this, well done. I stopped thinking about the 'in 9 weeks' bit quite some time ago, it's 'in 27 completed runs' for me now! Enjoy your rest day.

Just lucky I guess...however flying is a bit of an exaggeration! More of a “dragging my sorry ass” through this! I agree - now I’m looking at two more runs and then I’m over the hump!

Great photo and great effort. It really doesn't matter how long it takes, the important thing is the journey. Enjoy

Beautiful photo! Taking 5 weeks is fine - something this good (and yes, this program is very good) can be savoured with no ill effects 😍 . Good luck with week 5 - it's one of the best weeks of the program :)

Well done. I'll see your 5 weeks for "W4" and raise you 8 months for "W2"😉

It's all good though. C25K is actually a parallel universe where a "week" isn't actually 7 days, it's the time it takes to successfully complete each set of 3 runs. Think of it like that and, no matter how long it takes in "real" time, in C25K time it always takes exactly 9 weeks...

Good luck with the rest of the programme...
