I'm thinking consolidate for a few weeks before using the 5k+ podcasts to build stamina and speed. I've registered for a park run and will then consider 10k. Think I'm hooked! To be fair I'd be happy doing 5k runs for ever! Love it. You are very nearly there too! Week 7?
That sounds good, I might do the same thing when/if I get there I've got W7R3 tomorrow I hope I can make it like you have, don't think I'll get your great time though but I'll enjoy tryning
I remember the first then 25 min runs nearly killed me. Defo mind over matter! I so wanted to stop at 20 mins! BUT I do think that was then the turning point for me And I've loved the longer runs since so enjoy it. You've done great. It feels easier now.
