Was deffinatly not up for it today but did it anyway feel better now I have done it think I may need a waterproof jacket if continues to rain not done Lycra move yet love comfortable joggers wk 5 Saturday 🙁

I’ve been running in a Berghaus shell jacket when it’s raining but today took a fleece with me to put on in the cool down phase to stop me getting chilled.

Well done on completing W4! I bought some sports sunglasses last week after a few sunny runs, and it’s done nothing but rain since! Maybe if you buy a waterproof the sun will come out again 🤞🏼😁

Lycra and technical fabrics are really good in the rain - even when they get wet they don't feel so uncomfortable. A lightweight rainjacket can be useful, but even the breathable ones get warm once you start running. Great job on getting out there today when you weren't feeling it 👍
