Many months ago I mentioned on here that Paint it Black was coming off my playlist as it nearly killed me! I have been trying to get a bit faster but in the dark I can’t see my watch so I don’t know what my pace is, so today I just ran a little bit faster than felt comfortable and kept going as long as I could at that pace!! Today Paint it Black and my ever faithful running buddy helped me get my fastest ever mile and Into the green in the VO2 max!
