After a heavy legs session in the gym yesterday I took it even slower than usual today. I just used a glance at my watch to time the run, and listened to a really good podcast on marathontalk (not just for marathoners!) - interview with psychologist about OCD/anxiety and runners. Recommended content, plus I forgot to think about how heavy my legs were feeling!
