Firstly, thank you to all those people that gave me great advice the other day when I posted.

Quick update. Did my 2nd run today from week 9 and managed 4.95 km in 31 minutes!!!!!

I was so pleased about this but even more pleased a family of cyclists were coming towards me and the dad said ‘ pull over there’s a runner coming’!!

Run 3 here I come 🏃‍♀️ 🙌🏻

Wow aren’t you doing well?

That's a good pace you have there, you'll find there is a wide range of responses from cyclists, from ringing a bell as they approach to them just barrelling past you.

Luckily, the latter ones are few and far between.

Well done and enjoy your graduation run.

Fantastic effort, looks like you will be one of the 10% who reach 5k in 30 mins. 10k next😉
