So my original aim of getting back to C25K 2 weeks after coming down with tonsillitis was wildly optimistic. Went out this morning for my first run in 27 days. And I made it! πββοΈπ
I'd got to W5R2 before having to stop and gave a very gentle week 4 run a go this morning. I took my normal version of 'slow' then slowed it down, then slowed it down again. And was glad I did!
So pleased to be able to get back to this π€©
