My C25K start is delayed due to my knee problems and I am going to have to miss the ParkRun tomorrow too but I need to be sensible and rest. Currently I am hoping with three days rest ai will be fit enough to start the C25K on Monday and actually the beginning of a new week is a good time to start so fingers crossed my knee can heal enough over the weekend.

Thanks. Yes realistically my knee may take more than a couple of days but rather a week or two but I’ll do those exercises. Thanks for the link and before I start my C25K I am also going to go to my local Runners Need to get the expensive shoes and gait analysis to help me prevent injuries.

Good plan. No point starting if your knee is already struggling. Take the time to start to mentally prepare yourself, read the forum posts and the tips for success.
When you're ready, go for it.
