Got out there all ready to attempt this run. It felt harder than the last. Had a slight tinge in inner thigh almost feels like the tendon. Wasn't hurting much just aware of it. Ran 15 minutes ish but starting to be more aware of it. Still not a pain, but bearing in mind it would appear I have a high pain threshold, having tested it before by falling and not realised I had a fracture!! Thought maybe best to stop rather than risk an injury. Thinking maybe I need more than 1 rest day between runs now they are longer. My plan as I'm on 3 nights weds-fri is to wait and try again sun or mon. Everyone else enjoy your ππ½ββοΈ. Will keep up with reading on here π

Very sensible. You clearly know yourself that something isnt quite right.
Take the recovery days, try again and if it's still not right, take a couple more.
No point risking injury which will only put you back even further.

Wise decision. Walking the hound will give you the opportunity to test the thigh. I love that your dog won't talk to you if he/she doesn't get walked. Mine doesn't stop. You'd think she was being murdered with the fuss she makes. Enjoy your rest days.
