Started week 5 5lfive min run was bad but 2 run runs 8 mins x2 I would thought I would do when I started this so if a 23 stone can keep going I hope all people can do it weight in last night I'm down to 21.9 so sod all the people say you to fat or laugh well go and do one hahahahah
