So was due to start week 5 tonight but my legs are telling me to take an extra rest day, so I am going to listen. Plus with tomorrow's schedule and not going to get chance to run until Thursday.
It sucks a little but would hate to injure myself so early in my running journey.
Oh well it gives me an opportunity to do some stretching and some strengthening exercises + tomorrow I will hopefully be getting my first ever pair of running shoes to be continued on Thursday.

Thanks, been to a running store today for gait analysis and will hopefully be collecting over the next few days as long as they are comfy etc. Had to order some in due to my shoe size.
It’s good to listen to your body. Maybe go for a walk to dissipate the lactic acid in your legs. Good luck tomorrow with your recovery, you’ll soon be running again 👍😊
