After being ill n doing wk3 again this run has nearly killed me.
Yes i was meaggi jogging very sloooowly first time my calf muscles aching first time stitch deep breathing got rid of this.
I find myself swearing at sarah bloody millican as im sure she lies about the times as the rest periods seem shorter and the runs longer. But ive only energy to listen n move n being a bloke thats two things at once i dont want to push it timing her as well.
Sat at home and have stretched am hot and legs are now starting to...i can only explain it as tingling i take it that is good. Ive just run for a total of 16mins ohhhh yessss...
Since ive started this couch to pain ive only been drizzled on once so i think someone upstairs or downstairs is saying keep doin it you lazy fat man....Its good for you...im hoping so...

Doing well but are you trying to go too fast. Lucky little rain but dont forget to use internal hydration - that's 2 to 3 water a day. Sorry not beer. The bad news is your rest periods will get progressively shorter still. Can you believe Sarah will be expecting you to have NO rest periods soon. Just saying!
Thankyou i cant wait for no rest periods im drinking lots of water i cant remember the last proper beer i had and i am meaggi jogging any slower and id be walking in fact i think i could walk faster. I used like sarah millican im going off her very quickly.....im hoping if i make the end ill thank her we shall see.
