Emosh one today, power walk with 2 minute intervals, building gradually. Inner voice in overdrive....of course you canβt run you idiot....it was pure fluke and then you ruined it.....you can buy as much gear as you like but youβll never be a runner....πͺ Had a grizzle and kept going and then got hit by first rush of endorphins for almost a month!! Just need to be patient, Iβm sure Iβll get there and hopefully using all Iβve learnt itβll be even better π Happy healthy running lovely peeps π

Iβm getting there, I think. Iβm running every third day to give the tendons a rest, and it seems ok, the physio said itβs fine to run. Itβs still not quite right, but slowly improving, and as I can run, Iβm not going crazy! π I do feel like Iβm learning to see the bigger picture, Iβm not so zoomed in on graduating - itβs all just part of a continuing running life, which will have ups and downs ππ»
I get that. Iβm doing 1 to 2 minute intervals only at mo. Very frustrating. But doing some strengthening work, losing weight and attending my first core class next week π³ realised too late that I canβt just pull on shoes and run. But Iβm loving it all and Iβll get there. Good luck my lovely π
