I’m only on W1R2 - I have heaps of good intent, I am visualising my old friend, the W9R3 finishing post - I am IMMENSELY motivated. HOWEVER.... I work from home and this morning, work was threatening to get in the way of doing my run. Just one more email, just make this phone call ... so if my run had not been scheduled in my diary, I would not have made it. Be smart, make an appointment with yourself and your C25K app... be a winner!
Good luck folks 🙂 🏃🏽♀️

I'm only on week 2 myself but on my C25K days I get up 1 hour earlier than usual. That way I can get my run done and then recover before having to get ready for my working day. Maybe it suits me better to get it out of the way, but I'm sure that if I ran after work for example, I'd be finding plenty of excuses why I should 'do it tomorrow' instead. It may not work for you (we are all different), but I'd say give it a go and see. For me, another added bonus is that I go out in the dark so no-one sees me, I'm very conscious of the fact that I'm not looking like an athlete. Whatever way works best for you, stick at it and good luck, wherever you get to from where you started is an achievement.
