Marshalling in the rain this morning as still can’t do a full run. Met a lovely chap who treated us both to a coffee before the runners made their way round the lake. Love you Mervyn... coffees are on me next week 💕🏃🏻‍♀️💕

Good for you, our Parkrun was cancelled as the park lake flooded the route. Gutted as it would have been my tenth. Sorry your still not running , but you will be back with us soon. Xx
