Doh! I'll try and post the pic directly. I'm feeling good thanks - still get tired very easily but doing well. AND the best thing is that I went for a little impromptu run yesterday and LOVED it! It was such a nice day and I decided to put Week 1, Run 1 on and go for a very gentle trot round the woods. Made me very happy!
