First of all what a great goal to have for next year. Oh and no need to s☆☆☆ yourself😂 . All your running up until now have prepared you for it. Just go slow and slower again . You can do it 😊😊

Nothing wrong with a bit of ambition as long as a sensibly structured training regime guides you along the way.

Impressed , i had the s problem before my race on sunday and it was just a 5k. Are you planning some shorter races between now and then. Great for you having targets to run to. Best of luck
Yeah the plan is a 10k in March then this in oct 😱 I’ve got my training plans in place so 🤞🏼
