Hi All, I’ve only just discovered this forum, but I’ve been doing C25K for the past 9 weeks and so pleased to have graduated this morning!! I can’t quite manage 5k in 30 mins but I’m so happy to be able to do 3.2k in 30 mins when 9 weeks ago I thought my heart might pop out my chest after 30 seconds 🙈

Well done Mellbug, fantastic achievement!👏👏🏆 Don’t worry about distance - I graduated in August but still haven’t managed 5k yet, apart from a walk/run Parkrun. Doing it in 30 minutes is but a pipe dream! But keep plugging away and I’m sure we’ll get there in the end! Happy running!
