I was due to do week 5 Run 1 this morning, but I’ve just realised that I accidentally clicked on the week 5 Run 2 podcast when I was on my way through the front door 🙄 So basically, I’ve accidentally skipped run 1!
What do I do now? I didn’t find it too strenuous... it was absolutely fine! So do I go back to run 1 on Monday, or do another run 2??? Help!
Your issue is because you have a week of 3 different runs. I would maybe just repeat your 5 8 5 8 run before going onto the 5 20 5 but at the end of the day it's up to you, nobody but you knows what you've done. W6r3 longer block of running then 46r1 and run2 go back to intervals. Relax and enjoy
We did that one week and so the next run we just did the missed run, i’m not sure if you get your graduate thing at the end if you miss runs so made sure all of them were done
