Managed the 20 minutes, I won't lie it was hard. Managed to beat the naughty gremlin thoughts down. I am pleased to have now got back to where I was just before I went on holiday and had to have several weeks off!

Congratulations to you Allymally1 on running run 3 of week 5 of C25K, that is a milestone run on this forum, onwards and upwards to the two runs of week 6, well the 3 runs, the first two have interval walks and runs and some runners have found them really difficult after the non stop 20 minute run of week 5, just run/walk them especially slowly, run 3 of week 6 is back again to non stop running, 25 minutes this time.
