Socks and an apple

Post work foul mood drifted away as we finished our 5 minute warm up walk, the sky was blue the sun shone for a little while. Time was short so we plodded for 35 minutes

Both tired and last nights chinese food made us sluggish but... We have new running socks which are so comfy and i took a bit of a detour as i wanted to know if the apple tree had any apples left, i picked one off the ground with only a little bruise, best apple i’ve eaten all year.

I so love running even when i wish i could just lol on the couch for the evening
