W8R3 done with a tour of London it was hard work dodging tourists but I did get a few photo bombs in which made people laugh.

Roll on week 9... tomorrow is the start of my strength and flex too

👍 🎂 apparently this Saturday marks the 15th birthday of the start of Parkruns, at least here in the UK, who knows, some parks may have a piece of cake at the end of the run. 🏃 😊 🎂
