So pleased, Ive finished week 2 of c25k, as well as lean in 15 hiits on alternate days. I know its only 2 weeks but ive exercised 12 days out of the 14 getting up 30 minutes earlier.
I feel so much better physically and mentally and even encourages me to make healthier food choices.
I have also lost 5 pound in the 2 weeks.
