Whichever... Over a year ago, I started Couch to 5k. Read my profile if you want to know why (Just click the sleepy cat image where you can also choose to follow me on HU forums) but in short I developed a condition that left me being unable to walk for a week but I was lucky because at its extreme it can be fatal!
To celebrate my runniversary I am re-doing the C25K programme... and leading a group of real world newbiesπ.
If you want to virtually join me and the group, runs will be 7pm on Monday & Wednesday, and 9an (eek!) on Saturday with the final graduation run W9R3 at the local parkrun as this is a great way to make it a big day out.
This timetable might not fit your personal circumstances but I hope you can still follow me.
Next run is W3R3 9am tomorrow.
Happy running!

Yes, 3 times a week, we did our first 5k on Tuesday, then Thursday we went for some faster sprints for half a hour with some very slow bits in between, We love running and it gets my work head cleared out for the evening
I thought you had graduated Katnap, the word Graduate is next to your username, perhaps you are running run 3 of week 9 for old times sake, I often for a bit of nostalgia rerun runs 3/5, 3/6,3.7 and run 3 of week 9 with the C25K app with Laura. π π π
I think you should celebrate your runiversary on the day you graduated with run 3 of week 9. π π π
I think it should be the day you started c25k as that is when you took your first running steps. Great that you are going to be helping others do what you did. Congratulations πππππ
My runniversary is before I started C25K by a few weeks... that didnβt end well, which meant you guys got me... sorry about that π€£
9am tomorrow... I can do that... and Iβve got intervals... week 3 is 3 minute runs though, and I have 800m runs, not sure Iβll stay in sync, but Iβll be running... and thinking of you and your group.
