I can not wait to get home from work tonight, so I can get out & run 🏃🏽♀️ I actually find myself wishing my day away! 😂 is that a good thing 🤔 & I hope it’s still raining too, oddly I really enjoyed my run in the rain on Sunday morning - it was oddly calming... 😌 I wanted to run last night too but it says to have a rest day in between runs!
Q. Do I have to rest??? Or is that just a suggested guide!

Rain running is great and yes if you love running the rest days are very important. Running on consecutive days you could injure yourself and put yourself out of running for a few weeks or more. Hope you enjoy your run after work and I hope is raining for you 😂
